FAQ

Packing, shipping and delivery.

Normally, you will receive your purchase in about 7 business days. All paintings are carefully packed in a strong plastic tube and shipped with DHL or FedEx.

Shipping is free to anywhere in the world. A tracking number will be sent to you via the shop's shipping notification.

Do you sign your art? 

The signature will be on the back of the canvas by default, so you can hang it in any orientation you want. If you want me to sign it on the front, please let me know which position you would like to hang it in.

How do I check the status of my order?

There are three buttons at the top right of all the pages. Please click the middle button and log in with the email you used to submit your order.

Can I cancel my order?

To cancel an order that has not yet shipped, please contact us atHello@czartdesign.comwith your transaction number. We will cancel your order and issue a full refund within 24 hours.

What about taxes and duties?

You might be required to pay duties for customs clearance when the package arrives in your country. The rate could be 0%-10%.

Will I get what I see on the site?

Most of the art on the site has been sold. Your painting will be created in the same style and colors. You will receive the same quality and beauty as shown in the pictures. Quality is the last thing you need to worry about.

If for any reason you don't like the art you received, you can always get a full refund.

Lost and Damaged

We pack all paintings in strong PVC tubes, ensuring they are very safe. However, if your painting arrives damaged, please follow the steps below:

  1. Take photos of the broken package and the damages on the painting. The package photos must include the waybill. I will handle the issue with the courier companies.
  2. I will arrange to deliver a new painting immediately or issue a full refund if you prefer not to receive a replacement.
  3. Keep the damaged painting and the package until the problem is resolved.
Returns & Exchanges.

Hassle-free returns and exchanges.

We stand behind everything we sell. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund or get a replacement as easily as you purchased it.

Here are the steps:

  1. Email us for our shipping address.
  2. Return your purchase within 30 days of delivery.
  3. Items should be returned in their original condition. To protect the artwork, please pack and ship it back in its original packaging (the plastic tube).
  4. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost. We will cover the customs duties when the item is imported to our country.
  5. We will issue a full refund once the returned painting is received. If you prefer to exchange it for another piece, we will ship the replacement within a few days after the returned item is delivered.
Payment Methods.

PayPal is the only payment method available at the moment if you purchase on the site. Please always choose the 'Checkout with PayPal' option when proceeding.

However you can pay via PayPal by your credit card with or without a PayPal account, here is the vision instruction, only 2 steps.
